What Next?

Well after speaking with MikeJV and with some of my own input, I have 5 story ideas I am considering writing. I figure i'd probably like to do what would be the most pleasing to the most people so I decided to make a poll. Please keep in mind I may/may not actually go along with the results of this poll since it also depends on how well the ideas I have turn out after I try writing them, and also on how inspired I get. I'll keep this poll running pretty much until i finally decide, I guess, which is no set time.

EDIT: I forgot to clarify we are talking about Marge when she had her implants in that one episode and Lois when she swelled up after weaning Stewie.
